first-class Construction supervisor or architect, and is qualified to
supervise designated building work; and B) has, since 1990, had
experience with Construction of a reinforced concrete building as field
representative, chief engineer or engineering supervisor; 8) firms not
currently suspended from designation by this Authority and the
procuring township in areas including the site of this Project; and 9)
firms not related by capital or personnel to the contractors involved
