Remove, decontaminate, and dispose of undergrond fuel and waste oil storage tanks and existing gas tank farm (to include soil disposal or treatment). Replacement installation will include new above ground storage tank farm with associated piping and ancillary equipment. Furnish the labor, materials, tools, equipment, quality control, supervision, permits, and services necessary for or incidental to the installation and use of materials, systems, and accessories for this project. The estimated construction cost range is $1 Million to $5 Million. It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price contract will be awarded as a result of this solicitation. Solicitation package will be limited to one set per bidder and will be issued on a first come, first served basis as the number of copies is limited. Copies will be available in various Plans Rooms throughout Colorado. Place of performance is Buckley Air National Guard Base (ANGB), Aurora, CO. IFB is UNRESTRICTED and open to all bidders. Contract will be awarded under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Test Program under SIC Code 1629 whose small business size standard is one where the average annual receipts of the concern and its affiliates does not exceed $17 Million annually. Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made until funds are available to make payments under a contract. Only written replies will be accepted and must include the following information: Size status (large, small, SDB, 8(a), etc.); interest in bidding as a prime or subcontractor; evidence of capability to perform including references for similar work with contract numbers, points of contact, and telephone numbers; and dollar amount of current construction bonding capability.
