Kit to include: building, vault (tank) 18'' toilet reservoir, ventilation system, handicap bars, sewer lids, wall vent and all necessary hardware to assemble kit, installation instructional manual, and video tape. Vault shall have a minimum of 750 gallon capacity with a 24'' cleanout, 12'' vent stack. It shall be constructed of cross link polyethylene, measure 84''H x 64''W x 48''D and have a 1'' per foot slope in bottom. Building shall be of one piece construction. It shall be made of cross linked polyethylene 1/4'' thick with exterior wood accent panels of 1/2'' exterior plywood or T-111 exterior siding painted and sealed. Door shall be 36'' black steel with a black reinforced steel frame. Roof shall be cedar shake, 100 lb/sf gabled roof. Ventilation system shall be the odor free type designed by the U.S. Forest Service to eliminate odors inside the building. Vent pipe shall be 12'' ABS, 12' overall length. It shall be equipped with a black vent shroud of .150'' black polyethylene. Exterior building color shall be cedar, door and door frame shall be black. Standard manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials shall be furnished. This requirement is reserved exclusively for small business.
