Furnish and install a total of four precast concrete vault toilet buildings on the Mendocino National Forest. Two toilet buildings at Masterson Group Campground on the Stonyford District and one toilet building at both Anthony Peak and Howard Lake on the Covelo Ranger District. Approximate issue date is 11 August 95 with a bid opening date of 12 September 95. Delivery date is 30 days after notice of ward. The proposed procurement is 100% set-aside for small business/labor surplus area concerns. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency.
