C. Waters, Contract Specialist, 202/874-3144. The Bureau of Engraving
and Printing (BEP) has a requirement at the Washington, D. C. facility
for a Contractor to provide for the design, fabrication, delivery,
installation, and testing of one (1) industrial parts cleaning system
(Bucket Washer) to be used to clean residue from large (114 to 305
liter) mixing buckets used in the BEP's ink manufacturing process. The
system must be large enough to accommodate batches of six (6) 114
liter buckets. This acquisition includes material handling, wash water
management, environmental emission subsystems, and extensive testing
and test documentation. Also included are requirements for spare parts,
technical data and training. This will be a fixed price contract with
no options and set-aside for small businesses. Only written requests
will be accepted. Offerors are required to including in their written
request their company's size status (i.e., Small, Minority, or
Women-Owned). Offerors are also required to state whether they are a
small business manufacturer or small business distributor with their
