SUTPHIN, (304)529-5620 The work consists essentially of grounds maintenance for Alum Creek Lake, Galena, Ohio. Time will be one year with options for second, third, fourth and fifth years. All responsible proposals will be evaluated by utilizing the following factors: (A) Equipment and Personnel, (B) Experience, and (C) Quality Control and Safety. Contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery type contract, competitively negotiated. Award will be made as a whole to the offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and has been determined to be most advantageous to the Government, all factors considered. A Pre-Proposal conference will be held on 6 October 1995, at 10:00 a.m. at Alum Creek Lake, Galena, Ohio. The proposed contract is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. See Numbered Note 1. (0198)
