The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, supervision and equipment and perform all operations necessary to accomplish all work complete in place, as shown on the drawings, specified herein, or as needed to Install Nitrate Monitoring System, including but not limited to, new nitrate analyzer, sample pumps, modifications to existing methanol feed pump controls and main control panel. Site preparation, utilities, electrical and other incidental work as may be necessary to make the facility operational. The work shall be fully complete in accordance with the Contract Documents. There is a non-refundable charge of $20.00 for each solicitation package. Cashier checks or money orders should be made payable to Accounting and Finance. Only written requests will be accepted. The request and check or money order must bear the solicitation number. This is an unrestricted acquisition. Estimated magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. (0198)
