This project involves repaving approximately five miles of Wattendorf Memorial Highway and parts of the Main Gate and Gate #2 at Arnold Engineering Development Center (Arnold Air Force Base), Tennessee. The work includes cold planing of existing bituminous pavement, pavement patching, joint sealing, bituminous binder and surface courses, sealing concrete and bituminous pavements, opening ditches, paving shoulders, and installing traffic signal loop detectors. The performance period shall be ninety calendar days following receipt of a written Notice to Proceed. The estimated order of magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Any responsible firm may submit a bid which will be considered. Foreign participation is authorized.
