This IFB is for providing all labor, material, equipment and supervision to install a new EPDM roof on the reserve center in Lansing MI. The project includes removal of the current built-up roof (including some asbestos containing material), installation of new rigid insulation material over the decking, installation of new flashing and gravel stop. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. A 20% bid bond is required. Request for this IFB must be in writing accompanied by a non-refundable certified check, cashiers check or money order payable to the US Treasury in the amount of $8.00 per package.
