Work consists of furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, and incidentals necessry to erect a pre-engineered metal aircraft building, 60' x 120', including the engineering and design of its concrete foundation, building insulation, skylights, ventilators, personnel door frames and doors, interior plumbing for a future restroom with shower. Provide structural excavation and backfill for pre-engineered metal aircraft building foundation, including all soil samples for soil bearing pressure, moisture-density relations of soil, soil compaction, soil testing for compaction and test reports. Furnish and install a manually operating aircraft hanger door 60' wide by 17' high, with an additive item to substitute an electrically operated hanger door.
