70 -- ATRIA CLEARCASE CONCURRENT USER LICENSES SOL N66604-95-R-E861 DUE 080495 POC Contact Brian Kelly, Contracting Officer at (401) 841-2442 X295, FAX: (401) 841-4820 The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWC) intends to award a sole source contract to Atria Software for the following software: (1) Clearcase Concurrent User Licenses (18 EA); (2) Media Kit for Clearcase (1 EA); (3) DDTS Integration Site License (1 EA); (4) DDTS Integration Site License Maintenance (1 EA); Media Kit for DDTS Integration (1 EA). The following Salient Characteristics of the Clearcase software are provided: (1) DISTRIBUTED MANAGEMENT that allows remote development site access and automatic change updates to and from remote development sites. (2) VERSION CONTROL to track changes to every file, executable, and directory. (3) WORKSPACE MANAGEMENT to provide each developer with flexible workspace areas required for team projects. (4) BUILD MANAGEMENT to delineate software system builds and re-create the build environment for multiple target platforms. (5) PROCESS CONTROL to guard the integrity of software builds with project- specific and site-specific policies and procedures. (6) INTEGRATION with leading defect tracking systems. (7) SUPPORT for NUWC's required target computer platforms: H.
