Contractor to remove composite interior doors and replace with flush mounted wood, fire-rated doors in existing metal frames. Includes all new hinges, closers, door levers, stops. Project involves demolition of some existin wood door frames for installation of metal door frames and removal of approximately three wood and metal door frames and patching of CMU walls to delete doors. Work shall be scheduled so doors are completed and secured by close of business each day. Additive bid item for striping and painting existing metal door frames.
