56 -- SOIL STABILIZER POC Michelle Kewer, 617-647-8414 Stabilizer shall be a non-toxic, colorless, odorless, non-staining, water soluble concentrated organic powder that binds soil and crushed aggregate screenings together, creating a natural-appearing firm surface. Once properly cured, the stabilized aggregate surface shall be used as a parking surface and must be able to sustain pedestrian and vehicular traffic. This is not a request for proposal and the Government does not intend to pay for the information solicited or received. The anticipated date for release of the soliciation that contains this product is early August 1995.
