The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, by Sources Sought Synopsis No. 34 which appeared in the Commerce Business Daily date 25 April 1995 to operate and maintain a Navy owned cable ship and to install, repair and design undersea cable systems and hardware for undersea surveillance systems. Potential offerors are hereby notified of the Government's intention to offer a one day tour of the USNS ZEUS and the shore support facility located at NSC Cheatham Annex, Williamsburg, Virginia on 17 August 1995. All attendees will be required to have a current secret U.S. clearance on file. Due to space limitations at both the facility and aboard the ship, attendance will be limited to two representatives per company. Visit request and clearance information should be faxed to Mr. T. Fitzgerald at (804) 460-0936 not later than 7 August 1995. Additional details on the site visit will be forwarded to those sources that respond with compliant visit requests. In no event shall failure to attend the site visit constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
