Provided engine shall have a minimum run time capability of 5 hours when provided to the Government and be capable of 25 hours when in a production configuration. 4. The engine provided shall meet the interface requirements of the MQM-107 engine interface specification. 5. An engine cycle deck providing engine speed, thrust, specific fuel consumption, Mach number, temperature, altitude and throttle position as a minimum must be provided at least 90 days prior to the actual flight test. BAILMENT AGREEMENT REQUIREMENTS: 1. The sources provididing the engine shall allow Government officials to witness a static test run of the engine (uninstalled) at the source's own facility, or a facility selected by the source. 2. Sources will be granted access to all performance data collected on the source's engine by the Government during flight tests. 6. Title to the engine remains with the source. No monetary compensation will be made to a source providing an engine for the use of that engine in MQM-107 flight tests. 7.
