The Department of the Treasury, Financial Management Service (FMS) intends to procure on a sole source basis, teleprocessing services which also includes technical support from Ceridian Business Information Services, 6 Skyline Place, Suite 819, 5109 Leesburg Pike, Falls Church, VA 22041. Services are required for the continuation of the proprietary Government On-Line Accounting Link System (GOALS) until ongoing conversion of applications are completed. The period of performance will be from October 1, 1995 through September 30, 1996 with two three month option renewals. The solicitation will be released on or about July 31, 1995. Interested vendors must submit a written capability statement, which clearly demonstrates their capability to fulfill the required services no later than 15 days after the date of this synopsis is published. Requests for the solicitation without a capability statement will not be honored. This synopsis modifies the synopsis previously issued in PSA-1387 dated Thursday July 13, 1995. (0202)
