Devany, (409) 766-3854 The work consists of the Contractor providing labor and materials needed to provide janitorial services for the military recruiting offices in the Brownsville/Harlingen and McAllen areas. Contractor will borrow door keys from supervisors of in- dividual recruiting offices to be serviced, make copies of the borrowed keys at contractor's expense and return the recruiters' keys to them. Contract is to be structured so that the contrac- tor will receive monthly payments at the end of each calendar month for which janitorial services are provided. Contract term is 1 Oct 95 thru 30 Sep 96, with four one-year options to renew. This is a 100% Set-Aside for Small Business (0202)
