Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, supervision, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform the following work at Shaw AFB, SC. This project consists of repairing the heating, ventilating and air-conditioning systems in four government facilities to include: Building 922 - Replace two 53 ton package water chillers and replace with a new air-cooled multi-compressor system, install new 12 ton roof-top packaged heat pump and heat recovery unit, and provide new direct digital controls for air-conditioning and heating system in the Officer's Club. The Performance Period is 150 calendar days, after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Contractor shall interrupt the chilled water for no more than 14 consecutive calendar days. Building 924 - Replace existing fan coil units with new fan coil units and provide new direct digital controls for air-conditioning and heating system for Visiting Officers Quarters. Performance Period is 120 calendar days, after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Contractor shall occupy the Building for only 60 consecutive calendar days. Building 1029 - Replace approximately 25 fan coil units, repair ceiling sections and install new direct digital controls for air-conditioning and heating system in existing training building. Performance Period is 150 calendar days, after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Contractor shall occupy the building for only 60 consecutive calendar days. Building 2729 - Replace existing rooftop direct expansion system with new rooftop packaged heat pump units for golf club-house. Performance period is 90 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Central heating and cooling shall not be interrupted for more than 5 consecutive calendar days.
