This project will consist of complete interior renovation of existing kitchens and utility rooms in twenty (20) military family housing units. Work will include replacing existing floor coverings, cabinets (wall and base units), counter tops, and sinks. Existing electrical and plumbing systems are to be upgraded. The specifications do not require the contractor to deliver, use, store, or handle hazardous material at this government activity. Anticipated opening date is 7 September 1995. Performance time will be 180 calendar days. ``This action is being considered for 100% Set-Aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should notify this office, in writing, of their intention to bid on the project as a prime contractor as early as possible but not later than 28 July 1995.
