This is an indefinite quantity contract to demolish/replace, repair and construct chain link, wood and CMU fencing and walls at various locations on Patrick AFB. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials and equipment to repair, construct fencing/walls. Contract minimum for the life of the contract is $50,000. Contract terms shall commence from date of award and shall be for a period of twelve months or until the maximum amount of work has been ordered, whichever occurs first. The maximum amount for the base year is $1,000,000,000. The government has the option to extend the terms of the contract in accordance with the clause, ''Option to Extend the Terms of the Contract.''
