Michigan Army National Guard plans to construct a 10 lane automated combat pistol qualification course (CPQC) consisting of a control tower (128 sf), general instruction building (800 sf), administration/storage building (800 sf), ammunition breakdown building (120 sf), bleacher shelter (598 sf), gravel parking lot (2020 sf), latrine (242 sf), mess shelter (760 sf), and flag pole. A 16 lane modified record firing range (MRF) consisting of a control tower (128 sf), administrative/storage building (800 sf), ammunition breakdown building (120 sf), gravel parking lot (2500 sf), latrine (242 sf), mess shelter (760 sf), bleacher shelter (598 sf), general instruction building (800 sf), phone line (1.25 mile), and flag pole. This project will be a lump sum contract. Additive bid items are the ammunition breakdown building, bleacher shelter, general instruction building, administrative/storage building, phone line and five additional lanes for the CPQC. Unit price for the phone line. Contractor to furnish all plant, labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and perform all work necessary to accomplish the work in accordance with the project plans and specifications. A $30.00 non-refundable charge is required per set of plans and specifications. Make check payable to FAO, Ft. Sheridan, IL. This procurement is 100% Set Aside for Small and Disadvantaged Business (SDB) concerns. The general contractor must perform at least 15% of the cost of the contract, not including the cost of materials, with its own employees. A Small Business is a concern including its affiliates having an average amount of sales or receipts for the preceding three fiscal years not in excess of $17 million dollars.
