The work includes installing a Government supplied liquid nitrogen storage tank, removing an existing liquid nitrogen storage tank, interconnecting the remaining nitrogen storage tank with the new liquid nitrogen storage tank with both liquid nitrogen connections and high pressure nitrogen piping, relocating the high pressure valve manifold abd gas cylinder valve manifold and storage rack, a new emergency eyewash and shower, new concrete tank pad, new concrete paving, at new sand sump pit, and incidental related work. All the indicatedwork is at the liquid nitrogen Tank Farm near Buildings 420 and 422 on the southeast corner of O'Neill Street and Aldrich Street. Contractor will establish and maintain a Quality Control Program. Work will be completed 150 days after notice to proceed. This solicitation is nonrestricted: All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered. A limited number of bid packages, one set of specifications and half size plans, will be available and issued to prime contractors on a first come first serve basis.
