The proposed contract is for project MDY 93-0524, Alter Corrosion Control, at Moody AFB, GA, which consists of, but is not limited to furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, materials, transportation, supervision, etc. to enclose front of existing bldg., install sliding doors, double doors, pull stations, exit lights, light switches, and concrete ramp. All work shall be performed in strict compliance with specifications and drawings. This will be a firm-fixed price contract with 120 calendar days performance time. Magnitude of proposed construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. The proposed project listed here is being considered for 100 percent set-aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should as early as possible but not later than 15 days of this notice, indicate interest in the acquisition by providing to the Contracting Squadron Office above evidence of capability to perform which includes recent bonding capability and a positive statement of eligibility as a small, socially and economically disadvantaged business concern. If adequate interest meeting the established criteria is not received within the period specified above from SDB concerns, the solicitation will be issued unrestricted without further notice. Therefore, replies to this notice are requested from all business concerns as well as from SDB concerns.
