Work includes constructing new facilities and upgrading current facilities and utilities at Clear Lake Outdoor Recreation Area located approximately 10 miles southwest of Fairchild AFB, WA. The work includes, but is not limited to sewer system upgrade, water distribution system upgrade, power distribution system upgrade, replacement of a 3,000 SF recreation building, construction of 12 RV sites and repairs to an existing 2,000 SF toilet/shower/laundry building. The estimated value of the work is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The contract performance period will be 180 calendar days, not including a winter weather stoppage from 15 Nov 95 thru 31 Mar 96. Government furnished materials are not included. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is 1542. The solicitation is scheduled for issuance on or about 8 August 1995 under the Straddle Bid Program. This procurement is being considered for 100% Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) concerns.
