The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, transportation, equipment and supervision to remove and upgrade the existing CCTV system equipment and components in Buildings 705, 704, 569, and associated Annexes and Trailers of the NAS Jacksonville Child Care Center. The estimated cost of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. Bid opening is scheduled for 2:00 P.M. on 09/19/95. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 08/16/95. Contract duration is 30 calendar days. The procurement listed herein is being considered for 100 percent set-aside for small disadvantaged busness (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should, as early as possible but not later than 15 days, indicate interest in the acquisition by providing to the contracting office listed above evidence of capability to perform, includng performance and credit references, former contracts of similar size and complexity, bonding capability, and a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern. Even if you have sent evidence of SDB eligibility on a prior contract, you must submit documentation that will become a part of this solicitation file. If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns, the solicitation will be issued as unrestricted without further notice.
