The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to apply bituminous concrete overlay, raise existing manholes and other utility accesses, remove deteriorated paving, install paved surfaces with or without base, provide cold-milling of pavement, remove and/or install asphalt and concrete curbing as required, provide miscellaneous excavation, install repaving fabric, fill cracks with sealant, and stripe roadways and parking lots. There will be a 1-year base period and two 1-year options periods. The magnitude of this effort is between $500,000 to $1,000,000. Bid date will be established when the IFB is issued.
