FISC San Diego intends to procure custodial services which shall include but not be limited to mopping, sweeping and waxing floors, shampooing and vacuuming carpets, cleaning and dusting office area and outside areas, supplying and maintaining bathrooms, and emptying trash containers. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, tools, supervision, facilities, and transportation necessary to provide and properly perform such services. All scheduled work shall be performed between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday. Emergency service shall be provided with a response time of two hours. All contractor personnel shall be trained in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.1030 Blood Borne Pathogen Standard. Detailed requirements shall be set forth in the RFP. The period of performance is the base period with four one (1) year options. Place of performance is the Defense Finance and Accounting Service, Limestone, MA.
