Contractor will furnish all equipment, materials, plant, and labor necessary to perform cleaning, sweeping, trash can pickup, and detail mowing services at Cooper Lake. The term of the contract will consist of a one-year base contract period and two one-year renewal options. The solicitation will issue on or about 18 September 1995 with bid opening on or about 18 October 1995. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small business. See Note 1.
