Correction: Add to and Alter Multi Crafts Center-Project YWHG 93-3002. This project is to add an addition to the Auto Skills Center, Bldg 650, for a new Multi Crafts Center. This project consists of demolition of a 2,400 SF pre-engineered addition on the north end of Bldg 650, and construction of a 2,500 SF addition on the south end and a 7,250 SF addition on the north end of Bldg 650. The additions are masonry block construction with metal standing seam roof. Project to include all utilities as required for the new facility. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. Magnitude of the contract is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The performance period will be 360 calendar days. The SIC code for this project is 1542 notice. Acquisition for this project is unrestricted. This is a non appropriated fund purchase and it does not obligate appropriated funds of the United States government. Non appropriated funds are generated by the military community through the sale of goods and services and the collection of fees and charges for participation in military community programs.
