The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency intends to negotiate sole source with Mobius Management Systems, Inc., One Ramada Plaza, New Rochelle, NY 10801, for continued software maintenance services subject to availability of FY-96 funds. The software is installed on the Agency's IBM 9X2 CPU. The maintenance services for the software listed below includes usage rights, enhancements, correction of errors and omissions, and all updates necessary for synchronization to changes in the IBM hardware and operating system software. The Agency's requirement for maintenance support is for the following software modules: OPMAN, INFOPAC CORE JES & TSO, INFOPAC RJO/VJO, INFOPAC CICS ONLINE, VIEWING MODULE, and PACKET PRODUCTION MODULE. EPA believes that Mobius Management Systems, Inc is the only vendor capable of satisfying the software maintenance requirements stated above. The period of performance is expected to be from November 23, 1995 through November 22, 1996. No solicitation is available. All interested parties must respond within 15 days of the date of this announcement. Interested vendors shall: 1) include information on the proposed services which clearly supports the requirements outlined above and; 2) provide itemized pricing that is sufficient to make a determination that competition is feasible.
