The FAA, Southwest Region, desires to establish service contracts for cellular phone service for the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area and for the Houston, TX area. This will be a two step, negotiated procurement. The resultant contract will be for the base year and four option years. The carrier/agent should provide access to a long distance carrier and should have the capability to provide equipment and equipment repair service when required. Offerors should be capable of providing service to the Dallas/Fort Worth TX area and to the Houston TX area.
