All work will be performed in accordance with VA's EPA-approved Sludge Management Plan. Solicitation will be issued on/about 8-16-95 with BOD of 9-15-95 at 2 PM local time. Contract will be in effect from 10-1-95 through 9-30-96 with four one-year options to extend services. Requests for bid documents must be submitted in writing by mail or by FAX (614-772-7008) and must be received by 8-31-95. Award will be made subject to availability of Fiscal Year 1996 funds. Solicitation is 100 percent setaside for small business. SIC is 8999 for which the small business size standard is $3.5 million.
