The project also consists of new construction and site work. The main structure is a single story, slab on grade. Construction includes but is not limited to, site excavation, landscaping, foundations, masonry, structural steel, architectural treatments, paint/carpet, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, utilities, communications, and associated Electrical work. Trades involved include: labors, bricklayers, carpenters, cement workers, reinforcing workers, equipment operators, electricians, fire protection workers glaziers, painters, plasters, plumbers, roofers, sheet metal workers, tile layers, structural steel, truck drivers and welders. There is no asbestos or lead paint abatement in this project. Solicitations will be issued on or about August 9, 1995. Bids will be opened on or about September 12, 1995.
