The flight is scheduled to depart on the same day at 9:20 P.M., HST. Area Security Clearances and Invitational Travel Orders must be prepared prior to entry on Johnston Island. The following information MUST BE PROVIDED IN YOUR FACSIMILE: (1) Name of Attendee, (2) Date and Place of Birth, (3) Home Address, (4) Social Security Number, and (5) Flight number of the aircraft and date of arrival at Johnston Island (if travelling on your own).
