The Air Force is soliciting proposals for the replacement of Electrical Cable HC1/2 which shall include, but not limited to, installing new ducts and primary electric cable HC-1 and HC-2 from building 1103 to 1200, asbestos abatement and possible disposal of contaminated soils. The solicitation will be issued in compliance with Public Law 100-656, Business Opportunity Development Program Act of 1988, establishing a test of unrestricted competition.
