The Government intends to purchase a new air cooled reciprocating liquid chiller 50 ton (1) ea, and a new air cooled reciprocating liquid chiller 25 ton (1) ea. Units shall be furnished complete with reciprocating compressors, evaporator, air cooled condenser, low ambient controls, to allow operation down to 0 degrees F, control panels with pump, piping and other appurtenances. The Government shall be responsible for installation of equipment. After installation contractor shall be responsible for installation testing and for providing all engineering service, labor, material, equipment, operation manuals, maintenance manuals, and supervision necessary for testing. Manufacturer shall provide a parts and labor warranty for a period of one year after start-up. Award is to be made under simplified acquisition procedures.
