Craven, (412)365-5437 Industrial Hygiene Services to provide a consolidated contract for Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) Consulting Services, Industrial Hygienist Technician (IHT) Consulting Services, and Professional Industrial Hygienist (PIH) Consulting Services for asbestos sampling, monitoring, and abatement design for selected projects at the Highland Drive, University Drive ''C'' and Aspinwall Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Centers in Pitttsburgh, PA. Services include, but not limited to: field investigations, asbestos analysis and /or reports, design of working drawings, asbestos abatement estimates, and project specifications that include Asbestos Abatement and may also include General Requirements, Reference Standards and Monitoring Services. Coordination with other disciplines may also be required. All work must be performed in accordance with EPA, AIHA, OSHA, NIOSH, and VA requirements. Individually negotiated firm fix price task orders will be issued against the contract. No single task order will exceed $25,000.00. Total contract amount for the initial contract period plus the option year will not exceed $250,000.00. The initial contract period will be from October 1, 1995 through September 30, 1996. The contract will also contain a provision for the Government to exercise an option to extend the contract for an additional one (1) year.
