S -- CUSTODIAL/JANITORIAL SERVICES AT THE STLI; ADMINISTRATION BUILDING; BUILDING 43 B; AND OPTION TO OPERATE AND MAINTAIN INCINERATOR & SCRUBBER EQUIPMENT AT LIBERTY ISLAND SOL 1443-RP-1940-95-002. DUE 080395. All requests and questions must be in writing, Contract Specialist, Delores Thompson-Gad, Contracting Officer. The National Park Service requires a contractor to provide janitorial/custodial services and supplies for areas on Liberty Island. 1) The three main levels and pedestal area of the statue, 2) the first floor, locker rooms and the floor, locker rooms and main corridor in the basement of the administration building. 3) the first and second floors of building 43 B. The project will have a base year with four one-year option periods. In addition, the contract has special cleaning requirements as follows: a one time project to clean and polish metal doors, clean and wax granite floors and walls, clean and remove gum from outside stone floor, clean ventilation ducts, remove rusty stains from outside walls; furnish all services, labor, and materials required for the operation and preventative maintenance of the incinerator and the scrubber equipment at Liberty Island; to clean all surfaces in the interior of the Statue.
