The work for this project shall include all labor, supplies and equipment necessary to construct an additional 300 SF of unheated floor space for carrier loading purposes; approximately 900 SF of new, premanufactured metal canopy; the demolition of existing concrete slab and replacement of 440 SF new concrete slab; a new handicap ramp; and miscellaneous electrical revisions and finishes. All work must be performed in a manner which does not materially interfere with USPS operations. Construction cost range is between $90,000 to $100,000. Primary evaluation criteria to be used in determining award will be proposal amount and previous owner references.
