Subcontractor shall furnish brine to be delivered to the Department of Energy's Strategic Petroleum Reserve Facilities located in Weeks Island, Louisiana. Subcontractor will be required to deliver approximately 72 to 80 million barrels of sodium chloride brine to be delivered at an averaged minimum rate of 200,000 barrels per day. The minimum specific gravity average is to be 1.18; dissolved oxygen ppm measured at the point of injection into the Weeks Island facility; maximum particle size 50 microns.
