Subject to funding limitations, a LRFP will be issued to the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes to operate the Kicking Horse Job Corps Center in Ronan, Montana, during the period of 3/1/96 to 2/28/98. The Kicking Horse Job Corps Center is to provide residential training for economically disadvantaged Indian Youth between the ages of 16 to 25. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only this one source under authority FAR 6.302.
