Kiewit Construction Company, subcontractor for Reynolds Electrical & Engineering Co., Inc., prime management and operations contractor to the Nevada Operation Office of the U.S. Department of Energy, seeks qualified small business for the procurement of a storage structure with Tedlar Coating or approved equal. Structure size shall be approximately 11,700 square feet, modular and allow for easy alteration of structure size. Structure shall have no exterior guy ropes or cables, exterior horizontal purlins, no internal supports or eave. Structure shall withstand minimum wind velocity of 120 mph and NFPA 701 Small Scale Test for Flame Resistant Textiles & Films. When assembled and tensioned, membrane shall be wrinkle free and unaffected by hot or cold temperatures. Any section of the membrane may be removed or replaced. Delivery shall be 2 to 4 weeks after receipt of order. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside to businesses who employ 500 people or less.
