Be advised that this is used for planning or information gathering purposes only. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this request or otherwise pay for the information which you provide. The following descriptions are offered as a basis in which to formulate a reply to this notice. The Sacramento Air Logistics Center, Range Threats Systems Division, is seeking to identify sources of supply that can provide non- developmental high power, or high duty cycle radar transmitters and tubes. This equipment is being investigated for modification of existing equipment to provide advanced threats for electronic warfare and threat emitter aircrew training under specific RF/PRI/PW/ERP conditions to be determined in the future. Responses should include (1) radio frequency range(s) RF; (2) pulse repetition interval (PR); (3) pulse width (PW); and effective radiated power (ERP) on the front page of each submittal. Reliability and maintainability data including mean time between failure (MTBF) and mean time to repair (MTTR) data should be included if available. Responses should include information on related items previously manufactured. Range Systems Division is interested in system integrators and suppliers, but not offers for R&D or consultants. This is not a request for proposal and the government will not make any reimbursement for any costs associated with providing the requested information. No solicitation package will be provided. Classified responses will not be accepted. Any submissions must be received not later than 31 August 1995.
