Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment to construct a group campground containing two 34' by 44'' dining shelters, two 13' by 16' slump stone vault toilet buildings, a 24' by 30' concrete block shower building, an amphitheater, 0.2 miles of campground road, and 1500' of concrete sidewalk. Work required an approximate quantities are: 1) Install utilities consisting of 790' of 4'' water line, 660' of 2'' water line, 210' of 3/4'' water line, replace 550' of 480 volt 3 phase feeder wires in buried conduit with larger conductors, install 790' of 480 volt 3 phases wires in buried conduit, install a main disconnect and step down transformer in the shower building, install 600' of subfeed wires in buried conduit, install a 3000 gallon septic tank with 375' of leach field, and install a 499 gallon propane tank with first and second stage regulators, and50' of 3/4'' gas line. 2) Clear and grub 1.5 acres for road, sidewalk, building and amphitheater construction. Construct 0.2 miles of campground road using 300 tons of hot bituminous plant mix and 1300 tons of aggregate base. Construct 1500' of concrete sidewalks. Install a steel pipe closure gate, 350 feet of wood fence, traffic control and information signs, and painted traffic markings. 3) Install two 34' by 44' manufactured dining shelters with concrete floors, storage area, picnic tables, serving tables, barbecue grills, and electrical system. 4) Construct two mounds requiring 800 cy of barrow each. Construct two slump stone vault toilets on the mounds with electrical system and government supplied vault aerator systems. 5) Construct a split face concrete block shower building containing 6 shower units, 8 lavatories, 2 service sinks and electrical system. 6) Excavate 60 cy for an earth amphitheater. Construct 250 lineal feet of wood benches and install one street light. Price range is between $250,000 and $500,000. Estimated issued date is 21 August 95 with a bid opening date of 20 September 95 at 2:30 p.m. There is a $15 non-refundable fee for special project specifications and drawings.
