The work includes, but is not limited to, demolition of one concrete aqua cell and two World War II wooden barracks, renovation of buildings 216 (two story with mezzanine, approximately 11,750 total square feet); 301 (one story, approximately 2400 square feet); 302 (two story,approximately 10,600 total square feet); 303 (one story, approximately 3400 square feet); 305 (one story, approximately 1900 square feet); 306 (two story, approximately 10,600 total square feet); and 307 (one story, approximately 3400 square feet). Renovation work includes, but is not limited to demolition of existing building ground floor slabs, demolition of interior partitions, repair and replacement of building interior and exterior pile systems, new architectural interior finishes, HVAC piping, plumbing, electrical systems, installation of fire protection systems, installation of hydraulic elevators, coordination of public utility services, connection to utilities, site improvements, installation of Government furnishedequipment, abatement of asbestos and lead containing materials, removal and disposal of all waste, debris, and rubbish caused by construction. The construction will be phased. Completion time for this project is approximately 1095 calendar days. This is a total small business set-aside. SIC code 1542 applies.
