Work to be performed includes, but is not limited to the following: Mechanically clean sanitary sewer laterals utilizing a motorized rotating drain and sewer cleaning machine with a root cutring head and/or chemically clean sanitary sewer laterals utilizing chemical foam to kill rootsand/or excavate, remove and replace existing underground sanitary sewer laterals. Replace all 6'' cast iron pipe from the first joint outside of the foundation wall to the sewer main and replace it with 6'' PVC. provide a tamped final grade, to include repari/replacement to trees, shrubs, sod and grass. Repair blacktop, sidewalk and curbing. Performance period is 365 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. IFB will be issued on or about 19 August 1995.
