Scope of Work: The work consists of providing all labor, material, equipment and services necessary to construct and install a single-story, single-span, unibeam lean-to type pre-engineered metal building to the rear of the existing building of approximately 2,100 square feet (26' x 80') and constructing a sealed, concrete unenclosed, six position, non-mechanized loading dock of similar dimensions (26' x 80') with a canopy extending approximately ten (10) feet beyond the edge of the dock. A concrete span shall be constructed the full width and approximately 50' out from the dock edge. A pre-engineered metal storage building of approximately 300 square feet shall be constructed on the dock. No pre proposal conference is scheduled. The estimated price range is between $350,000.00 and $400,000.00 with completion required within 120 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
