Work includes but is not limited to expanding the sand mound component of the sanitary sewer system and addition of subsurface drainage including a curtain drain around the perimeter of the raised mound. Completion time for this project is 60 calendar days. This is a total small business set-aside. SIC code 1711 applies. Estimated construction cost is from $25,000.00 to $100,000.00. Specifications and bid documents will be available on or about August 10, 1995. Bidders are cautioned that this solicitation will have a shortened bid period due to the urgency of the requirement.
