Z -- REPLACEMENT OF HVAC SYSTEM FOR BUILDING E3222 SOL DAAD05-95-B-0062 DUE 083095 POC Contract Specialist Ginny Fenner (410) 278-2409 (Site Code DAAD05) Furnish all labor, supervision, materials and equipment to perform all work necessary for the installation of a new HVAC System in Building E3222 in the Edgewood Area of Aberdeen Proving Ground in accordance with specifications and drawings. The work to be performed includes, but is not limited to the following: Removal of entire HVAC System; provide a new factory-packaged custom air handling unit with desiccant wheel, sensible heat wheels, compressors, condensers, evaporative cooler, heat pump, controls, and miscellaneous appurtenances; provide new HVAC System with pressure independent terminal reheat VAV units, associated piping, insulation and controls, etc. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Completion schedule is within 280 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
