TIBBETTS, (207)259-8242 It is the declared and acknowledged intention and meaning of this solicitation to provide material equipment, tools, labor and supervision to paint the exterior of two above ground 35' high X 40' diameter oil storage tanks. Contractor shall water clean exterior, prime tanks with a rust inhibitor primer and apply a top coat using a rust inhibitor exterior finish. Contract also includes interior sludge removal, cleaning, steam grid removal and lower interior tank sealant complete and ready for use at the Naval Computer and Telecommunications Station Cutler, East Machias, ME 04630. All requests must be in writing; telephone requests will not be honored. The proposed contract listed here is an unrestricted procurement. Estimated cost range: $100,000 - $250,000.
